      Let's see, there could be many charges: Disturbing the peace (of his pasture mates), Trotting while being under the influence of stupid (him or me, you decide), general mayhem (his shelter after a rainstorm)...I think the cops decided he was too much hassle (what kind-of mess he would make in the jail cell!)
